We thought we'd post a link to the relatively new PAS 78 guidelines for website accessibility. It's worth a look for any business planning on a new website in the near future. If you'd like to know more just give us a shout.

We've just completed a nice little project which involved a personalised email which directed the reader to a personalised website. Although it sounds complicated it's actually pretty straight-forward and every time we've tried this the feedback has been great.
From the readers perspective you've spent a lot of time on them. The enticing email leading them to their own website is a real draw and seems to get a much higher percentage of clicks than the usual 'Click here to view our website' approach. You're talking directly to them and only them.
Using a database and some simple scripts it's easy to customise the information presented by the website to target different users, making the content more relevant to them and therefore giving you a better chance of selling your products or services. By using subdomains (like johnsmith.acopic.co.uk) it's possible to give the impression that the site really is just for the reader.

Just a quick update to the previous post regarding our listing on CSS Mania. It seems like a lot of the other showcase galleries are featuring the new Acopic site - so a big thanks to those guys. Cheers!!

Even more exciting than being listed on CSS Mania was the delivery of our new Gary Bartz Anthology CD. For those of you who haven't heard of him I suggest you try to get hold of "Celestial Blues" which is one of the greatest tunes in history.

Woke up this morning to find we've been featured on cssmania.com . The site is a great showcase for XHTML/CSS design and we're big fans - so it's great to be listed. It'll be interesting to see what everyone thinks of the new design.
